The Redshift Education team was delighted to attend the National Association of Examinations Officers (NAEO) Summer Conference 2026 at the iconic Kia Oval in London, bringing together Exams Officers and sector leaders to celebrate the vital role Exams Managers & Officers play in the UK education and British education international systems.

Timothy Fisher, Chairman of Redshift Education is also the Chairman of the NAEO and yesterday had the privilege of welcoming delegates, presenting awards to recognise excellence within the exams management profession, and delivered a keynote address highlighting the critical contribution Exams Officers make in ensuring the integrity, fairness and smooth delivery of examinations both across the UK and internationally.

The conference served as a powerful reminder of the scale and importance of Exams Managers & Officers work. Behind every successful exam series are dedicated professionals managing complex processes, safeguarding compliance, and supporting students throughout their educational journey.

Congratulations to all of this year’s award winners, and thank you to NAEO, The Exams Office, Ofqual, the speakers, exhibitors and everyone who made the conference such a valuable and inspiring event.
